Text Message Alerts
Last updated: September 19, 2026
OpsCore Answer is an AI receptionist that answers business phone lines for TDS E Solutions' customers. When a caller leaves a message, we can text it to the business so nobody waits for an email. This page explains exactly who gets those texts and how to stop them.
Who receives texts
- Only the business owner and staff members on an OpsCore Answer account who switched text alerts on.
- We never text the people who call the business, and we never send marketing.
How you opt in
Text alerts are off by default. In the OpsCore console, the owner enters a mobile number and switches on the alert. This is the screen, with the same wording customers see:
Example only. Staff added under Team get texts only after the same switch is turned on for them.
The moment a number is enrolled, it receives this confirmation:
OpsCore Answer: you'll get a text when a caller leaves a message. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.
What the texts look like
OpsCore Answer: new message for Smith Plumbing from Maria Lopez ((713) 555-0142) — water heater leaking, wants a callback today. Listen/reply: https://opscore8.com/m/abc123 Reply STOP to end.
Frequency and cost
- Message frequency varies: one text per message your callers leave.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Stopping texts and getting help
- Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts to that number. Reply START to turn them back on.
- Reply HELP for help, or email support@tdsesolutions.com.
- You can also switch text alerts off at any time in your console.
Your number stays private
