The operational chapters of 26 TAC Chapter 748 that a residential operation lives in day to day: admission and placement, incidents and emergency behaviour intervention, medication, personnel and training, and the documentation each of those requires. Clocks are cited to the rule they come from rather than to a deadline someone typed in.
That is the reason this is a term licence rather than a one-time purchase. When the numbering and the requirements move, the citations and clocks move with them, and you do not pay again to stay current.
