Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 19, 2026
This policy explains what TDS E Solutions ("we") collects when you use OpsCore and OpsCore Answer, and what happens to it. Plain language on purpose.
What we collect
- Account data — your name, email, business name and profile (hours, services, FAQs), and settings.
- Call data — when the AI receptionist answers a call: the caller's number, an audio recording, a transcript, and the message or appointment request the caller leaves.
- Billing data — handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Usage data — minutes used, feature activity, and technical logs needed to run and debug the Service.
Callers' information
Our customers use the Service to answer their business lines, so we also process information about people who call them: phone number, voice recording, transcript, and whatever the caller chooses to say. That data belongs to the business the caller dialed; we process it on that business's behalf and do not use it for any other purpose.
How AI is involved
- Call audio is transcribed and spoken responses are generated by AI service providers acting as our processors.
- Transcripts are processed by a large language model to hold the conversation, take the message, and write the summary you see in your console.
- We do not use your calls or messages to train AI models, and we do not sell your data or your callers' data.
Text messages (SMS)
- If you switch on text alerts, we store the mobile number you give us and the date and time you agreed. We use them only to send the alerts you asked for and the required replies to HELP and STOP.
- We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only party that receives your number is the telephony carrier that delivers the text.
- Reply STOP to any text, or switch text alerts off in your console, and we stop texting that number. Full program details: opscore8.com/sms.
Who we share with
Only service providers needed to run the Service: telephony carrier (call routing and recording), speech and language AI providers (transcription, speech, conversation), payment processing (Stripe), hosting and database providers, and email delivery. Each receives only what its function requires. We disclose data if the law compels it, and we will tell you unless legally barred.
Retention
- Recordings, transcripts, and messages are kept while your account is active so you can review them.
- When you delete a message or close your account, the associated recordings and transcripts are deleted from our systems within 30 days, except where the law requires longer.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to what operating the Service requires, and payment details never touch our servers. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you promptly.
Your choices
- Edit or delete your business profile, messages, and recordings from your console at any time.
- Ask us to export or delete your account data: support@tdsesolutions.com.
- Callers who want their information removed can contact the business they called, or us, and we will act on the business's instruction or the law.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy we will notify you in the Service before they take effect.
